Updates for the VW Compact SUV

Plug-in Hybrid

The 2025 model of the Tiguan is confirmed to have a plug-in hybrid powertrain model that will give drivers an extended range. This extended electric range is said to be 62 miles, which is fantastic for trips around town, meaning you won’t be visiting the gas station as often. Instead, you can easily recharge at any DC fast charging station or public charger.

New Exterior Design

The Tiguan has been completely redesigned, with a new grille and front fascia crafted to improve airflow and increase fuel efficiency. New HD matrix headlights have been added to enhance visibility and provide passengers with more safety.

Interior Adjustments

The 15-inch infotainment screen is coated in an anti-reflective coating to ensure the driver is not distracted. The ergonomically designed seats provide lumbar support, a massage feature, and heating and ventilation capabilities to keep passengers perfectly comfortable. The already massive cargo space has been expanded thanks to the slightly longer wheelbase.

Driving Experience

This year the compact crossover will ride on the innovative MQB Evo platform that Volkswagen developed for the GTI hatchback. This will provide drivers with a spectacular driving experience and a highly-tuned suspension system, letting you tackle any terrain you like.
